On September 17, Chinese Ambassador to Jordan Guo Wei met with Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yarub Qudah.

Ambassador Guo said that the meeting between the heads of state of China and Jordan has provided strategic guidance for bilateral cooperation across various fields, deepening cooperation in both traditional sectors and emerging industries, fostering new drivers of mutually beneficial cooperation, harnessing advanced technologies to empower a wide range of industries, and enhancing industrial manufacturing and trade in services, as the two countries prepare to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.

Minister Qudah said that Jordan attaches great importance to strengthening the development of industry, agriculture, advanced manufacturing, and services. Jordan also values the introduction of appropriate Chinese technologies, equipment, and management expertise, with a view to achieving common development and win-win cooperation.
