On June 2, Chinese Ambassador to Jordan H.E. Guo Wei visited Mr.Tareq Abu Ghazaleh, Minister of Investment of Jordan.

Ambassador Guo stated that two-way investment between China and Jordan has continued to grow, injecting strong momentum into practical cooperation between the two countries and laying a solid foundation for joint pursuit of modernization. As Jordan is an important country in the region and gateway for investment, China and Jordan enjoy vast potential for expanding cooperation.

Ghazaleh stated that Jordan attaches great importance to attracting foreign investment in support of the implementation of the Economic Modernization Vision. Jordan’s investment environment and preferential policies offer distinct comparative advantages, and Jordan welcomes more Chinese investors and business entities to invest and develop in the country.
