On November 1, H.E. Chen Chuandong, Chinese Ambassador to Jordan attended 2022 Special Operations Forces Exhibition (SOFEX) in Aqaba, accompanied by Defense Attaché, Senior Colonel Li Pengfei and Deputy DA Lieutenant Colonel Xiao Wangyang.

His Majesty, King Abdullah II visited the booth of the Chinese company, listened to the introduction of Ambassador Chen and the company representative, and asked the related projects, expressed his support to promote steady Jordan-China bilateral cooperations.

Ambassador Chen also gave an interview to Jordan TV at the exhibition. He said that the SOFEX is a good platform for international military communication and cooperation. Jordan has always played an important role in safeguarding regional security and stability. China is willing to work together with Jordan in seeking peace, promoting development, and strengthening cooperation to deal with the various challenges of our times.
