The Chinese Embassy in Amman donated in-kind assistance to the Young Muslim Women's Association Special Education Center (YMWASEC)on September 27, 2004.

The donation, which was presented to YMWASEC President Her Royal Highness Princess Sarvath Al-Hassan by the Chinese Ambassador H.E. Mr. Luo Xingwu, included 3,000 pieces of garments that were manufactured by Chinese firms at Al Hassan Industrial Estate in Irbid. During the donation ceremony held in the YMWASEC, Princess Sarvath expressed sincere appreciation for the assistance and highlighted its significance as the symbol of the Chinese People's invaluable support to the Jordanian people and friendship between the two peoples. More than 10 Ambassadors' wives were also present at the ceremony. Princess Sarvath hoped the other embassies could do the same to support the program and assist the fragile groups in Jordan.
